Over the past few weeks, Harmonixers and community members have been sharing their Dance Central success stories on how the game has helped them in reaching their individual fitness goals. With the upcoming launch of Dance Central 2 we’ve decided to kick off a Dance Central Fitness Challenge among members of the Harmonix team! We’ve split the group up into “Crews” all of which have a variety of fitness goals that range from dropping a few pounds to increasing overall stamina for marathon Dance Central sessions! Every couple weeks over the next few months we’ll post updates on our progress as we tear through Dance Central track lists for fun and fitness so be sure to follow along!
Want to join our fitness challenge? Try using Dance Central as part of your regular workout routine and share your progress with us on our official Facebook page, Twitter [@Dance_Central], and the forums! Send us before-and-after photos at the end of our challenge (date to be announced) and you’ll enter for a chance to win some awesome Dance Central swag!
To help you get started, you can check out these DanceCentral.com exclusive Fitness Playlists assembled by Dance Central choreographers Frenchy Hernandez and Chanel Thompson!
