If you're joining us in Boston for PAX East at the end of the month, there are two things you should know:
1) It's still way too cold here. There's snow on the ground. Still. It's recent. I don't like it. Yes, it's mid-April. Snow. On. The. Ground. On behalf of New England, I'm sorry. Fingers crossed that this nasty "still cold in April" business will be patched by the time PAX rolls around, but no promises. Feel free to ask for weather's manager if you think it'll help, but I haven't had any luck doing that in the past.
2) More importantly, we're going to have a panel at PAX East! It's called Rock Band: Past, Present, & Future, and it's going down on Sunday April 24th at 3:30pm in the Condor Theater. If you're interested enough in Harmonix stuff to be reading this, you should totally come! We're going to be talking about previous Rock Band games (the past), what Rock Band is up to right now (the present), and what's coming down the line for Rock Band 4 and Rock Band VR (the future).
For starters, here's what you can expect out of the panel:
Here's the group of panelists, including the games they've worked on in parentheses:
We're really pumped about what we have lined up for this. Trust me when I say you don't want to miss it. We can't wait to see your enthusiasm and excitement in person in a few weeks. Until then, all we can do is count down the days.
Let's rock. Together.
